Speed is our priority. We work in 2-weeks sprints - even for strategy work - so that every 2 weeks, you see tangible progress. This is very intense for the team at Transformational, but we work hard to deliver and gain your trust. We have a very high sense of ownership. We want you to see us as your team.

Phase 1 Strategy, Concept, Design (3-4 months)
Includes strategy, research, business model and feasibility, budgeting, product roadmap, platform UX/UI, and early user testing.
Phase 2- Quick Win Development (4-6 months)
Launch as fast as we can, prioritizing the key features to prove the use case with users and to get early traction and feedback. We do not over-spend at this stage, which means that there might be some manual work involved for features and processes that are not yet automated.
Phase 3 Scale Up (duration varies)
Develop the features that were missing in the Quick Win, and are needed for the business to scale.
